As the Founder and CEO of Pivot Supply Chain Solutions, John features an extensive 15+ year history involving the intricacies of cross-functional team leadership, strategic business development, and transportation/supply chain optimization and holds a strong reputation for driving new levels of team unification and organizational success.
Currently based in Naperville IL, John has built a large inventory of experiences and progressions that have led to his current standing across the management, sales, supply chain, and 3PL sectors. Prior to establishing Pivot Supply Chain Solutions in 2020, John began working at Circle 8 Logistics, excelling from a Customer Sales Representative in 2011 to later holding the Director of Operations up until 2020. During this time, John also received his MBA from NIU in 2016 and specialized heavily on optimizing customer experiences without hindering internal scaling profitability, large-scale coast to coast transportation processes, and ultimately building high-productive teams who could help pull the Pivot Supply Chain Solutions vision together.
As a proven professional fueled by seeing others succeed, John has a genuine ardency for translating 3PL goals into tangible realities and doing so all while ensuring everyone involved receives positive constructive experiences along the way. Overall, John demonstrates his industry devotions by delivering evidence-based approaches/opportunities that unlock bottom-up potential and solidify continental USA transportation success. This, in conjunction with his motivating energy towards accentuating the 3PL experience, is what has collectively shaped John into the endorsed leader he is today – one who continually strives to raise the standards bar for his customers, his team, and the entire 3PL landscape as a whole.
John is passionate about logistical concepts and supply chain terminologies and is always staying updated with the current trends/industry advancements to ensure his customers receive the concierge service and streamlined results they deserve. However, when he is not working, you can often find him cycling on the Peloton, going to sporting events (White Sox and Bears), and spending time with his wife Paola and their two young boys, Franklin and Ford.
